Walking in Savannah in the very early spring

Futuraligist Ray Kurzweil says:

"The first step [to living decades longer than your regular life expectancy] involves adopting a good enough diet and exercise regime to live long enough for biotechnology to unravel the ageing process and for nanotechnology to be capable of slowing it down and ultimately reversing it"

I had already gone on my morning walk and eaten raw food when I read this.

Inhaled a lot of asphalt and diesel too.

Adoption

I want to adopt a little girl. I think about it all the time. But first we have to sand and polish the floors and probably make more money.

I think when HD is around 7 and we can find a little 3 or 4 year old who needs a family - that would be great. It gives us a few more years to get ready.

I'd like to find some parents who've adopted when they already have one genetically related kid and hear their impressions.
